Iraq Abuses May Violate Geneva Convention : Japan

TOKYO (BGNES)- The abuse of Iraqi prisoners by U.S. soldiers in Iraq may have violated the Geneva Convention on the treatment of military prisoners, Japanese Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi was quoted as saying on Monday.
