KARBALA (Reuters/BGNES)— Overnight clashes between Polish and Bulgarian troops and Shi'ite militiamen in the shrine city of Kerbala killed 15 Iraqis, and six Iranian pilgrims were shot dead at a Polish checkpoint, police and doctors said on Friday.
