Bulgarian PM Briefs EU Ambassadors on Cabinet Changes

Bulgaria's prime minister Sergei Stanishev has briefed the ambassadors of EU member states about the reforms in the Cabinet, The Interior Ministry, and the newly appointed Minsiter that will monitor the spending of EU funds, Darik reports Friday.
